People are earning more from side gigs and needing them less

    • July 11, 2024
    • admin
Yes, it seems that side gigs or side hustles have become increasingly popular in recent years due to the flexibility and extra income they provide. Some people have even managed to turn their side gigs into full-time jobs, allowing them to earn more than their primary job. However, since the economy is constantly changing, there are also people who are finding that they no longer need these extra sources of income. It all depends on each individual’s financial situation, lifestyle, and personal goals. It’s important to remember that side gigs should complement your major income, not necessarily replace it, unless it does provide a stable and substantial income enough to cover one’s living expenses. The need for side gigs would also decrease if there’s a significant increase in wages or reduction in living expenses. Lastly, while earnings are an important part of what motivates people to take on side gigs, they can also bring other benefits such as personal fulfillment, skill development or simply a break from one’s regular job. These factors can also affect the demand and dependence on side gigs.
